Job Description

Oriana Hospitals have an exciting new opening for Medical Sales Representative vacancy, will be responsible for promoting & selling the hospitals services to both governmental & private sectors, Medical Sales Representative is the key link between the brand and the medical, pharmaceutical & healthcare professionals. They understand their needs and recommend customized products & treatments to support their objectives in achieving patients satisfaction.
With his/her medical knowledge, he/she develops the brand, achieve business growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with doctors, driving prescriptions, and identify new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities Include :
organizing appointments and meetings with community Doctors and hospital-based healthcare staff
identifying and establishing new business opportunities and negotiating contracts
demonstrating or presenting services to healthcare staff including doctors, nurses and pharmacists
undertaking relevant research and maintaining detailed records
attending and organizing trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
Maintain daily, weekly and monthly report
After sales services and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Update customer data base when required including changes in ownership, address, name of outlet, assigned official representationetc
Monitor the performance of each customer to pinpoint areas for improvement and development
Achieve monthly sales targets for Medical dedicated accounts in their area and qualitative and quantitative objectives set by the Manager
Visit doctors (plastic surgeons, dermatologists, pediatrics, GPs, gyn etc ) to introduce the brand with medical detailing and provide supporting technical / scientific documentation to encourage prescriptions
Monitor competitors and market activities to identify business gaps and opportunities and report that - Find new business opportunities and introduce the brand in new accounts in line with the brand image and strategy

Job Qualifications and Experience :
The applicant must have a relevant Degree (medical or paramedical is preferred).
Must have previous experience in medical or pharmaceuticals sales 2-3 years in UAE Market
Must be a team player and well organized
Should have a valid UAE driving license
Must be familiar all UAE Hospital Groups
