About the Client:
The hiring company is a highly recognized Dubai based premium Leisure destination for golf in the region.
Job Role:
Identifying key initiatives and overseeing strategic planning, implementation and evaluation
Assisting with the development of marketing, social media and resource centralization strategies
Developing and adapting new or existing systems and processes for monitoring and evaluating initiatives
Developing a range of partnerships with organizations and initiatives for School development and Young Professionals’ Academy Program
Coordinating, delivering and promoting relevant activities and events within specific schools, communities and targeted groups
Evaluating and monitoring activities and projects using key performance indicators
Working in partnership with school initiatives for example Dubai 30x30
Maintaining links with sports federations, organizations and representatives, in relation to clubs and events
Attending local, regional and national events, meetings, seminars and conferences
Being up to date with business trends across various markets and industry sector
Requirements:
Open to Asian and Eastern European nationality
35 years old and below
Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field
At least 3 years of experience as a Sales Executive/Business Development Executive in hospitality/leisure/beach properties
Must have valid UAE driver’s license and car
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
