As a Microsoft Sales Specialist, you will be a sales leader with technical expertise, working with our most important managed customers.
You will build and maintain relationships with Customers, influence long-term strategic direction and act as a trusted advisor, driving engagement at the CXO level, to realize their digital transformation through cloud computing and innovative hybrid cloud solutions. You will help customers evaluate their cloud strategy, determine approaches to application and data migration and modernization, and recommend solutions that meet their requirements. You will work within a virtual team of sales, technical, partner and consulting resources to advance the sales process and achieve/exceed Azure, Power Platform and M365 sales and usage/consumption targets for related workloads in your assigned accounts.
Primary accountabilities for this role include:
  • Engages in conversations with customers to introduce Microsoft collaboration and security solutions.
  • Present and demonstrate Microsoft Azure solutions with tailored excellent presentations and demos.
  • Deliver customized exceptional presentations and demos, to present and demonstrate Microsoft 365 solutions.
  • Drive digital transformation talks through understanding of your clients businesses and priorities.
  • Take active role in defining and influencing the customer's business challenges and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with team members and vendors to discover new opportunities and build pipeline.
  • Identify opportunities to drive consumption and grow business with existing customers by initiating conversations, providing demos and ensures rapid deployment.
  • Facilitate the removal of blockers to consumption by partnering with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Propose Microsoft solutions to help customers achieve their digital transformation objectives.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 8+ years of Microsoft cloud technology-related sales or account management experience.
  • Good knowledge of digital transformation, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions.
  • Fluent English & Arabic speaker.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and team player.
  • Azure or Microsoft 365 Certified is a plus.
  • Experience in enterprise customers segment, preferably in Saudi market.
