Job Title: Application Administrator

Roles and responsibilities:
Work closely with senior application consultant on below job responsibilities.
Provide extensive support in project management and project documentation.
Strong knowledge and hands on experience in Microsoft dynamic CRM.
Strong knowledge and experience in MS SQL and database administration.
Work with reporting and application database.
Responsible for the administration, monitoring and maintenance of software infrastructures and applications.
Analysis and diagnosis of application errors.
Training and support of users in using applications.
Work with developers and IT internal team starting from requirement analysis to deployment.
Identifying organizational need for new applications.
Data and process analysis.
Implementing, testing and integrating new applications.
Performing routine checks and upgrades.
Monitoring, recoding and responding to requests for support.
Investigating and diagnosing system faults and errors.
Resolving technical issues.
Analyzing error trends aimed at reducing or minimizing down time.
Communicating messages regarding systems issues to users promptly.
Liaising with software suppliers to fulfil the requirements of the organization.
Scheduling and running regular tests to enhance the current systems and applications.
Identifying and developing functionality changes.
Maintaining documentation of key databases and linked applications.
Make sure that the processes needed for a business to function and succeed are running smoothly.
Acting as a technical point of contact to fix application and systems issues and ADHOC requests
Provide professional application support to internal users and Medical and management team, communicate with internal and external interfaces to resolve problems, provide technical troubleshooting and resolution, escalate if necessary and close requests.
Make sure that all application requests are handled properly according to the business rules, policies, procedures, and standards to ensure that SLA of response and resolution is achieved.
Responsible for the Administration of SharePoint portal, create and manage repositories and library.
Support Billing activities and work with application support team to resolve the application related issues and upgrade.
User creation and provide technical support by coordinating with insurance providers.
Support Mobile application. Work with developers and vendors for the deployment and enhancement for content management website.
Application release deployment and change management. Work with developers for the deployment and enhancement of all applications.
Conduct extensive and critical UATs and provide timely feedback to the development team.
Data analytics and reporting. Strong knowledge in documentation and experience in Microsoft office tools.
Responsible for Data intelligence dashboard, work with the deployment and enhancement for Qlik sense reporting tool. Support and customization of Qlik sense BI analytic tool.
