Job Description

As the Project commercialisation manager, your responsibility is to manage the Product go to Market Process for all areas within the Brand, including Direct, Retail, Ecommerce and International, ensuring that all stakeholders adhere to the schedule and accomplish the necessary activities while continuing to drive process efficiencies throughout the product life cycle.
To achieve this, you will work closely with Marketing team (e.g., Design, Marketing, digital media…), R&D team, Supply chain team and Production Team to enable the successful execution of the end-to-end development and launch process. You will be a key partner in shaping processes and transforming the organization as well as being tasked with analyzing and presenting key performance indicators that measure the effectiveness of the Time to Market process. 


New Products Development launch
• Own the new products launch calendar and liaise with all stakeholders (R&D, Legal, supply chain, marketing) for successful and timely launches
• Provide continuous visibility to critical Milestones and deadlines throughout the process.
• Proactively identify obstacles to hitting Calendar deadlines including seasonal overlap, workload by function and holiday constraints (e.g., Chinese New Year), and Region/Channel constraints.
• Understand and communicate the Calendar impact if which would occur if due dates are not met; advise stakeholders on consequences and downstream impacts when Calendar due dates shift.
Promotions
• Own the Promotions to market calendar and liaise with all stakeholders for successful and timely launches (marketing, supply chain…)
• Lead promotional Gifts/ accessories procurement and selection process
• Provide continuous visibility to critical Milestones and deadlines throughout the process.
• Proactively identify obstacles to hitting Calendar deadlines including seasonal overlap, workload by function and holiday constraints (e.g., Chinese New Year), and Region/Channel constraints.
• Understand and communicate the Calendar impact if which would occur if due dates are not met; advise stakeholders on consequences and downstream impacts when Calendar due dates shift.
Pack changes
• Own the pack changes to market calendar and liaise with all stakeholders for successful and timely launches (marketing, Design agency, legal, supply chain, R&D, finance…)
• Lead the content and copy of all packaging and liaise with R&D and marketing team for all claims/ legal mentions
• Lead the materials specs requirement for all new packaging from material, printing quality..
• Provide continuous visibility to critical Milestones and deadlines throughout the process.
• Proactively identify obstacles to hitting Calendar deadlines including seasonal overlap, workload by function and holiday constraints (e.g., Chinese New Year), and Region/Channel constraints.
• Understand and communicate the Calendar impact if which would occur if due dates are not met; advise stakeholders on consequences and downstream impacts when Calendar due dates shift.
Merchandising and Marketing support materials
• Lead all required merchandizing and marketing support materials from need identification, execution and production to delivery.
• Liaise with all stakeholders for successful and timely launches (marketing, Design agency, procurement, ecommerce, finance…)
• Examples: ecommerce delivery boxes/ display jars for shop/ spatulas/ gift boxes/ shop merchandizing requirements…
Processes
• Be a critical member of the team proposing and developing process or system changes to the TTM process. Be the central point of contact for process changes, improvements, questions, and feedback.
• Manage differentiated deadlines for all divisions and report out summaries and potential watch outs.
• Attend key Milestone Meetings to ensure they run efficiently; capture and communicate key observations to leadership; update and redistribute Milestone Meeting Guides when necessary.
• Manage initiatives to spearhead continuous improvement of process and Calendar including ongoing solicitation of feedback and change management for process changes.
