Office Coordination
  • Monitor office expenditures and handles all office contracts
  • Assist in vendor relationship management
  • Ensure H&S workplace compliance
  • Identify and develop cost reduction plans
  • Responsible for PO’s related to administration of the office

Health & Safety coordinator to support the management team and the business in:
  • Ensuring legal compliance
  • Investigating accidents and near misses
  • Recording required H&S data on Entropy
  • Undertaking the RB Office minimum requirement audit
  • Developing an action plan and closing out gaps to reach 100% H&S compliance
  • Updating progress on Entropy

Car Fleet Coordination
  • Plan, organize, and coordinate fleet operations including vehicle procurement, maintenance, repair, and disposal
  • Keep record and monitor mileages, fuel consumption, car damages
  • Inform car users of annual car inspections and solve any issue reported by them
  • Ensure compliance of the Car Policy
  • Prepare reports on fleet vehicles such as fuel and maintenance expenses at request
  • Responsible for all PO’s related to car expenses
