Job PurposeThe Operational Resilience Project Manager will support the Business Resilience Manager in building and embedding DP World's capability to prevent, withstand and adapt to threats and shocks to our people, business or reputation.This is a Fixed Term Contract Role.
The role aim is to lead complex projects that will make a fundamental difference to the resilience of the DP World business, in particular, the successful implementation of DP World's new emergency mass notification project.
This Senior Specialist is an excellent communicator and relationship builder, using these skills to successfully manage and deliver resilience projects in DP World.
Key Accountabilities- Full responsibility for project management of DP World's emergency mass notification project, including key programme and project deliverables and milestones
- Day-to-day support for execution of programmes and projects impacting Group wide resiliency efforts coordination of teams across Group Security Communications HSE People and Technology.
- Working with functional and business stakeholders to understand key business needs, translate those into a clear, actionable demand and track overall book of work for the team.
- Manage key resilience projects and initiatives, ensuring stakeholder engagement, status updates, and issue escalation. Support other Programme/Project managers
- Regular production and maintenance of key documentation including project plans, status reports, issue logs, etc.
- Responsibilities will include assisting in the oversight of resilience initiatives by organising and executing on-time delivery of key strategic priorities and objectives.
- Enforce governance structure and project management discipline and drive execution with detailed project plans, including definition of roles, responsibilities and milestones.
- Deliver programme reporting and tracking documentation, including multiple work streams and projects across functions, and present structured senior management updates.

- Act as an ambassador for DP World at all times when working promoting and demonstrating positive behaviours in harmony with DP World's Principles, values and culture ensuring the highest level of safety is applied in all activities understanding and following DP World's Code of Conduct and Ethics policies

Qualifications, Experience and SkillsSkills
- Programme/project management - proven ability to frame projects, establish required governance, and work across all constituencies in across the business to successfully implement programmes/projects.
- Prior direct experience in IT Disaster Recovery, business continuity or crisis management within the is a plus
- Experience coordinating medium-to-large d projects or processes across multiple teams/constituents.
- Highly developed executive level presentation skills - ability to develop materials and messaging with little oversight.
- Strong technical background a plus.
- Strong, confident, and clear verbal communications skills to ensure that the project status is effectively documented and understood.
- Creative problem solver, comfortable asking what are the other options
- Must be comfortable challenging and pushing back on veracity of updates and status provided by more senior stakeholders when necessary.
- Capacity to execute on a broad vision rather than execution on specific tasks must understand how it all ties together.

Essential Experience
- Recognisable (accredited) project management qualification (e.g. APM, CPMP, PINCE2, CSM, PMP etc.)
- Understanding of resilience methodologies.
- Demonstrable experience successfully managing enterprise-wide programmes.
- Ability to organise and audit work, including the collation of clear statistics over time.
- Confident to challenge traditional approaches to create and foster improvements and innovations across the programme.
- Conscious of others time, is direct and can adapt their communications style.
