Job Description

• Develop all business processes and policies needed to commence the operation.
• Timely source suited and adequate manpower for the jobs. Oversee recruitment and training of new employees
• Be responsible of the overall construction management system.
• Design strategy and set goals for growth
• Maintain budgets and optimize expenses
• Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
• Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
• Direct the employee assessment process
• Prepare regular reports for upper management (e.g. MIS: Project health report, Risk assessment, Baseline report, et. al.)
• Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations
• Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role
• Experience in planning and budgeting
• Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)
• Strong analytical ability
• Excellent communication skills
• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
• Problem-solving aptitude
• Knowledgeable of ERP systems and of latest technology
• MUST be from reputed School (preferably National Institute of Construction Management and Research or NICMAR alumni)
• MUST have at least 10 to 15 years of notable experience from reputed companies like ALEC Engineering & Contracting LLC., AF Construction LLC, Shapoorji Pallonji and the like)
• Open for Psychometric or Aptitude tests
