Position Title: Operations Coordinator
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: up to 8,000 AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the client:
The hiring company is a one stop shop, top of the line Business Set Up Agency in Sharjah that provides business setting up services as well as long term business needs support.
Job Role:
Will be reporting directly to the Group Head of Operations
Diligently follows-up with the operations team, official approvals, timelines
Handle digital operations links and digital information to the client
Formate the SOPs, forms, work instructions based on the company standard
Collects information and provides regular updates regarding standard operating procedures, rules and
regulations and any other new information that can impact company operations
Take responsibility for organizing and maintaining a diary for the Head of Operations
Manage meeting logistics, arranging, preparation for meetings, agenda, documents, minutes, actions and
follow-ups as required
Ensure that all action points are delivered as per the agreed timelines and report this to the Head of
Operations
Maintain and monitor project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures
Document and follow-up on important actions and decisions from meetings
Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings
Requirements:
Open to European and Arabic nationals
Female, 30 years old and below
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field
Minimum 3 years of UAE experience as a Project Coordinator/Sales Coordinator/Admin
Knowledge in file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
Ability to work on tight deadlines
Excellent written and oral and communication skills in English
Excellent presentation skills and time management skills
