About the Client:
The hiring company is a Sharjah-based business formation company that is high recognized in their dedication to create a streamline the process of businesses structure that suits different client needs to cover their presence in the UAE.
Job Role:
Preparing and finalizing formation documents for with Amendment License Processes
NMC Applications processing and follow up
Preparing/maintaining application forms for client purpose
Generating monthly/weekly/random reports upon the managers requests
Preparing/maintaining online sheets including client list, processing record, historic - license related, historic - visa related etc.
Updating/maintaining general policies document and sheet
Maintaining forms, onIine sheets, company stamps handling, NOC/letters processing, documents attestation, supporting Visa team and IC team
E-Channel renewal monitoring, preparing formation documents new/renew/amendment/cancellation etc
Open to Arabic Nationality
Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
3 years of experience in business setup / company formation with knowledge of freezones is required
Working knowledge in using E-Channel
Excellent admisnitrative and communication skills
Candidates who can join immediately or in 2 weeks are prioritized
