About the Client:
The hiring company is a fast-growing food and beverage holding group that explores popular Middles Eastern, Mediterranean and International Flavours.
Job Role:
Providing inspired leadership for the operation, which involves making important policy and strategic decisions
Developing and implementing of operational policies and procedures
Analysing and improving organizational processes, and work to improve quality, productivity and efficiency
Open to European nationality
Male, 30 -37 years old
Bachelor's degree in a Business-related field/Hospitality or Catering
Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar role preferably in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
Must have experience in Western/American Restaurant style – dining, menu, etc.
Strong experience in customer service, leadership, and logistics
Good computer skills and the ability to use business support software
Key skills – hardworking, decision-maker, result-oriented, creativity, and analytical skills
Excellent communication skills
