Job Description

  • 6-8 years of hands-on technical design experience in Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CC&B).
  • Good knowledge of Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF).
  • Domain experience in water utilities industry.
  • Strong background in interfacing with customers - excellent communication skills, experience of working in multi-vendor environment.
  • Should possess core meter to cash Oracle CC&B functional and technical expertise including but not limited to Billing, Rates Configuration, Payments, Credit & Collection.
  • Should be able to understand client needs and design, implement, support business processes with focus on out of the box solution.
  • Should be able to analyze and propose design change when issue arises with existing processes/configuration.
  • Should be able to perform investigation on issues raised by the client to provide explanation and possible workaround on issues.
  • Oracle certified Utilities Customer Care and Billing Implementation specialist is a plus.
