Job Description



A global IT consulting firm is hiring a Oracle HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant who holds a prior experience in implementation & Support in Oracle HRMS modules & Oracle Teleo Cloud. This role will be based in Riyadh,KSA.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • The Oracle HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant (bi-lingual) must have minimum 3-5 years of related experience. And should have prior Implementation and Support experience in Oracle HRMS modules and Oracle Teleo Cloud
  • Support core HRMS Modules in EBS R12 : Core-HR, SSHR, OTL, PMS, OLM & Payroll and Custom Applications
  • Oracle Taleo Cloud Recruitment & Onboarding enhancements and support - Drive Workshops, Design, Configuration, Integration, Testing, Training & deployment
  • Interface Oracle EBS with Payment Gateways & other custom applications
  • Work closely with key business users to understand requirements and resolve issues and/or develop solutions as required
  • Coordinate and participate in system testing & training for enhancements and patches
  • Work with other developers to design and test extensions to the Oracle Applications, primarily in developing additional reports and interfaces
  • Work with vendor's Application Support and hosting provider to resolve issues
  • Personalize or customize Self Service Framework Modules, Workflow, AME, and custom workflow approval form
  • Knowledge in statutory and regulatory requirements of Saudi Arabia
  • Exceptional ability to diagnose and solve system problems while maintaining professionalism and courtesy
  • Adaptable and resourceful, capable of working under pressure to meet aggressive deadlines
  • Proven interpersonal skills ability to work productively and professionally with any level of business and technical resources
  • Self-starter and strong self-initiative to meet project deliverables, overcome issues, and effectively communicate project timelines for deliverable and resources
  • Assertive with strong communication and organizational skills


Requirements

  • 3-5 Years of experience is required
  • Must be an Arabic speaker
  • Candidates in KSA will be preferred
  • Any Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science is required
  • Techno-Functional expertise on Oracle HCM Modules & Oracle Teleo Cloud
  • Expertise in Oracle SQL Queries and PL/SQL
  • Expertise in Oracle Forms, Reports, XML Publisher and Workflows
  • Knowledge of OAF or SOA will be an added advantage
  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle Applications interface, tables and API's
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to be a part of implementation of Oracle EBS & Teleo Cloud
  • Possess strong analytical skills, is highly meticulous and someone who has an eye for details
  • Ability to prioritize time and tasks
  • Willing to be part of Core Internal Oracle ERP Team on Permanent Basis to implement & support Super users & End Users whenever needed
  • Creativity in resolving complex issues surrounding business process and technical challenges
  • High level of commitment and positive attitude on achieving both departmental and business objectives
