AWS Partner Development Managers are responsible for developing and promoting APN partners in specific technology areas to AWS customers and sellers. To accelerate our rapidly-growing partner community, we are looking for a motivated, technically savvy person to build upon our community of AWS partners that work with, or provide consulting services to clients requiring cloud-based solutions that can leverage new and existing AWS Services. These partners help customers (i) migrate to the cloud, (ii) modernise their applications, (iii) solve problems and create opportunities through data & analytics and AI/ML and (iv) enhance their own customer's experience through leading digital technologies. In this role, you will work across the AWS organization to develop high-quality partners.
You will be expected to:
. Develop, lead and manage AWS partnerships.
. Work with cross functional teams to create and execute on strategic business plans, inclusive of enablement, practice development, and marketing, to execute achievement against partner goals
. Drive partner sales revenue through regular pipeline, opportunity registration and business reviews with partners to manage progress against business plan and core KPIs
. Evangelize a partner's value proposition internally throughout AWS and externally with customers
. Drive solutions, APN Program attainment, continuous enablement through training and certifications and go-to-market strategies for differentiation and expanding their footprint
. Act as the owner of Partner Operations, which includes both setting up the administration and governance within the partner, as well as managing revenue reporting, opportunity registration in the APN
The ideal candidate will possess business/channel sales background that enables them to engage at the MD/ VP level, as well as a sales background that enables them to grow pipeline. The ideal candidate will also have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, products and technical challenges, with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
. Experience working with enterprise large partners to develop and execute a partnering strategy, training, and joint sales and Go to Market (GTM) programs.
. Engage the partner field sales organization, channels and end customers to create and drive revenue opportunities
. Define a strategic Partner Plan and ensure it's in line with the AWS strategic direction. This includes developing establishing a process to track the progress toward goals.
. Set and manage revenue targets and work with the partners and AWS sales organizations to achieve/exceed goals.
. Identify specific customer segments and industry verticals to approach with a joint value proposition for using AWS.
. Experience with CRM systems, data warehousing and other analytic tools to establish detailed metrics for tracking purposes.
. Deliver strategic business reviews to the senior leadership team.

. 10+ years in partner sales and/or alliance development in the software/technology industry .
. Experience engaging and influencing senior executives and familiarity with decision making processes in enterprise customers
. Demonstrated experience working and communicating with multiple stakeholders and cross functional teams including direct and channel marketing, solution architect teams, product management and account management teams .
. Experience working with partners through account management, product management, program management and business development engagements .
. Verbal and written communications skills are a must, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.
. Should be proficient in Turkish language
. 10+ years in program development for a global technology company, e.g. Cisco, Oracle or born in the cloud partner/vendor, e.g,, AWS partners.
. Direct experience working with AWS consulting and/or technology partners or you have been an employee at a large AWS partner .
. Developed and operated five or more global partner programs . Advanced understanding of AWS, cloud architecture and infrastructure .
. Presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences .
. Organizational skills and attention-to-detail with the ability to set clear priorities in a fast paced, dynamic work environment
