Main Task and Responsibilities
  • Responsible for day-to-day management ,execution & optimization of PPC channels
  • Track & analyze the website traffic flow and provide internal reports regularly
  • Analyze & allocate budgets smartly across channels & campaigns recommending modifications to ad spends as required
  • Work closely with the brand team on collaborative projects
  • Identify critical conversion points and drop-off points and optimize user funnels
  • 2-3 years of performance marketing working experience
  • Must possess analytical skills, so as estimation and allocation of budgets, targeting and segmentation, and being able to evaluate the performance of all PPC channels
  • Knowledge and prior usage of tools like Facebook Ad Manager, Google Ads, Taboola, Outbrain, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • The Performance Marketing Executive should be able to communicate and collaborate effectively with the performance team along with various other departments across
  • A firm understanding of Google Analytics, and how to correctly interpret the data there.
  • A basic understanding of marketing automation is preferred, but not necessary
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently across functional groups and on multiple initiatives simultaneously
