Position Title: Personal Assistant for MD / Office Manager
Employment Type: Full time
Salary: up to 15,000 AED full package depending on experience and qualifications

Job Role:
Reporting directly to the Managing Director
Plan, direct and coordinate the administrative, HR and partly marketing procedures within the department and office
Responsible to organize and coordinate office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency
Coordinate, manage and monitor the working of the department and with other departments
Submit weekly and monthly reports to the Managing Director on agreed dates
Communicate with all relevant departments and bodies to facilitate clear and effective
communication flows
Always represent the company in a professional manner
Coordination of marketing initiatives, control and implementation of office procedures, and control of purchase marketing material in accordance with budget and management approval/decisions
Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals
Open to Arab nationals
Female, 45 years old and below
Bachelor’s Degree in any related course
With minimum 6 years’ experience in office management or administrative and secretarial functions
Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
Strong interpersonal, innovation and creative thinking skills
