As a Pre-Sales Executive, you must operate in line with management directives and in accordance with the Company’s policies, standards and procedures which from the organization’s quality management system.
You will be responsible for building a people network by creating relationships through every customer interaction.
The operational responsibilities of this position are:
1. Generating leads by contacting potential or existing customers to introduce the company and our products
2. Pre-qualifying customers through primary and secondary research
3. Answering queries about the company and its products
4. Coordinating sales meetings with the field sales team
5. Maintaining detailed records of customer information and all customer interactions
6. Meeting sales and marketing campaign targets
7. Representing the company from time to time at industry events
In addition to the above you will be expected to complete any other tasks assigned by your Supervisor.
Education Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience: 2+ years in tele-sales or tele-marketing of B2B products or promotional activities.
- Soft Skills: Strong telephone skills. Standard business protocols.
- Qualities: Target oriented, Systematic, Persistent, Follow-through.
- Technical Skills: Comfortable using Gmail, social media and spreadsheets
- Languages: Excellent written and spoken business English. Arabic speaking skills are preferred but not required.
- Personality: This job requires self-confidence and positivity. You must have a genuine interest in people to be able to strike meaningful conversations starting with a cold call.
- Special skills: A strong voice is a useful attribute in this position.
