Job Description

As a Pre-sales Executive, you must operate in line with management directives and in accordance with the
Company’s policies, standards, and procedures which from the organization’s quality management system.
You will be responsible for qualifying customers on the phone by understanding their business, mapping their needs to specific products, and presenting products online.
The operational responsibilities of this position are:
1. Generating leads by contacting potential or existing customers to introduce the company and our products
2. Answering queries about the company and its products
3. Qualifying customers and identification of key contacts by engaging with them on the phone
4. Understanding customer requirements and presenting the appropriate products as solutions
5. Issuing proposals and closing deals on the phone where possible
6. Coordinating sales meetings with the field sales team as required
7. Maintaining detailed records of customer information and all customer interactions
8. Meeting sales and marketing campaign targets
9. Representing the company from time to time at industry events
In addition to the above, you will be expected to complete any other tasks assigned by your Supervisor.
