As a Presales Team Leader, you must operate in line with management directives and in accordance with the
Company’s policies, standards, and procedures from the organization’s quality management system.
You will be responsible for setting up meetings and qualifying customers on the phone by understanding their business, mapping their needs to specific products.
The operational responsibilities of this position are:
1. To work on optimizing current processes, tools, and procedures to ensure smooth team operations.
2. To suggest and implement new processes for better functioning of the team.
3. To be responsible for coordinating the team as well as being responsible for the results and performance of the team.
4. Generating leads by contacting potential or existing customers to introduce the company and our products.
5. Answering queries about the company and its products.
6. Qualifying customers and identification of key contacts by engaging with them on the phone.
7. Understanding customer requirements and presenting the appropriate products as solutions.
8. Issuing proposals and following up on deals.
9. Coordinating sales meetings with the field sales team as required.
10. Maintaining detailed records of customer information and all customer interactions.
In addition to the above, you will be expected to complete any other tasks assigned by your Supervisor.
