Job Description

• Single point of contact for the Improvement Management process
• Ensures that the defined deliverables of the process are met and continually improve
• Design, develop and improve the service management process, policy, reports and measures
• Maintain the configuration management of the process asset library
• Handle and maintain the accreditation programs and compliance to standards
• Coach and audit the implementation to ensure compliance to the defined standards
• Coordinate with Process/ Service owners to collect the improvement proposals
• Consult stakeholders to agree on the final list of improvement proposals
• Manage the process improvement register and plans
• Prepare improvement plan and update as required
• Coordinate the implementation of improvement initiatives

• BSc. in computer science or engineering or equivalent
• ITIL Expert certified
• Experience in implementing ISO 20000 and/or ISO 27001
• More than 10 years of experience in quality management and process improvement
• More than 4 years of experience in ITSM process implementation
• Experience in process modeling
• Experience in process audit
• Very good project management and process engineering practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Currently located in Saudi Arabia
