Job Description

Education:
Purchasing & engineering qualification, better with any degree in Accounting

Duties & Responsibilities
1. To assure the proper purchasing procedure looking for the best quality, practices and pricing as per company guidelines.
2. With the help of the management of the company to negotiate, review and close contracts with different suppliers of materials and services: raw materials, spare parts, services, etc.
3. Receives purchase requisitions and verify them in accordance with company policies, guidelines and budget.
4. To request offers from suppliers
5. With the requester, analyze and select the proper offer (process, technical, delivery) for approval by requested management or purchasing committee.
6. Send the purchasing order (PO) to the selected supplier.
7. Performs spending/trend analysis and other reporting functions on the purchasing area of the company following the Group procurement rules.
8. Close cooperation with store keeper and different inventories responsible to assure the proper reception of the goods purchased
9. To assure the customs clearing process covering different imported goods
10. Develop procurement activity according to the requirement of NQA-1 requirements
11. Participate to take decision regarding the non conformance proposed dispositions.
12. Participate to obtaining the desired end result.
13. Establish direct line of communication with external organization such as suppliers ,as may be necessary to assure proper implementation of Quality Assurance Manual and to verify prompt resolution of quality related problems
14. Review purchase order associated with raw materials from the standpoint of satisfying QA requirements
