Domain Experience
Minimum 10 years experience of Retail Product Management.
Good & strong communication.
Able to work under pressure
Excellent organizational skills.
Analyzing Financial date and preparing comprehensive written analyses, analyzing portfolio.
Study, design and develop existing and new Retail product services in conjunction with relevant departments to meet needs of target customers / segments / niche markets.
Study market trends and the business environment continuously. Provide information on market, competition and identify opportunities for revision of existing products, features and new products and features.
Monitor the product portfolios and profitability and suggest relevant changes to improve the profitability.
Initiate and provide business plan for tie-up with 3rd party service providers like Insurance Cos & Loyalty Cos.
Develop and arrange for market research / surveys to understand customer needs, market feedback, identify gaps, and measure effectiveness of campaigns.
Prepare and arrange for release all relevant Bank Circulars to announce launch of new / revised products, features and policy changes from time to time.
Transfer any new product or features launch to MARCOM to arrange for all activities related to Marketing & Communication for the product.
Plan the yearly activities for products to be revised or new products to be introduced by ensuring enough time span is available to carry out the required activities.
In coordination with all relevant departments like Finance / Credit Approvals / Credit Risk / IT, that prior to any new / revised product proposition to Management for decision, consent of all concerned officials are in place on the business projections and subsequently on approval the projections to be factored in targets set for Branches / DSA's.
Ensure processes are in place for launch of new products / revised products for smooth launch and they are in compliance with internal policies, external Regulations, including but not limited to pertinent legal requirements, as applicable.
Liaise with Operations & IT officials on regular basis to improve any process to enhance better performance of the delivery channels.
Analyze market across all emirates to gauge customer preferences and ensure that products and reviewed and offered in line with customer needs and aligned to NBQ overall plan.
Monitor the impact of product promotions / performance /profitability on Sales and provide feedback and MIS to Management with recommended actions.
Coordinate with Special Projects official from time to time to provide inputs on specific system enhancements related to Retail products and services
