Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Acts and behaves in a way that is compliant with company guidelines and policies, especially those relating to Environmental and Health and Safety, ethics and codes of conduct.
  • Receives and analyzes sales orders/ RFQs from the Sales & Marketing function.
  • Prepares costing model with initial estimate of required man-hours, raw materials, production costs
  • and wages using pricing schedules.
  • Confers with the Sales & Marketing function on commercial competitiveness of the costing model.
  • Prepares production master plan to include required raw materials, manpower, shifts and delivery
  • date, in coordination with the Production, Engineering, Sales & Marketing, Quality and Security
  • departments, as well as the GM.
  • Prepares and distributes production master plan to the Production department and other relevant
  • departments.
  • Confers with Production Manager and supervisors to assess plan and progress, and discusses
  • needed changes.
  • Revises production schedules when required due to design changes, labor or material shortages,
  • backlogs, or other interruptions, collaborating with Production and Sales & Marketing.
  • Records production data, including volume production, consumption of raw materials, and quality
  • control measures.
  • Reviews production schedules and staffing tables to determine personnel and materials
  • requirements for projects.
  • Manages the delivery, assembly, or distribution of supplies or parts to expedite flow of materials
  • and meet production schedules.
  • Oversees the recording of production data, including volume produced, consumption of raw
  • materials, or quality control measures.
  • Actively supports continuous improvement activities within the whole of CPF in order to maintain
  • the company’s efficiency and competitiveness.
  • Supports 5S and lean principles within the facility.

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in engineering
  • 3 - 5 years of experience working in production planning in a manufacturing organisation,
  • preferably in printing
  • Proficient in English
  • Knowledgeable of inventory principles
  • Detail-oriented and well organized
  • Knowledgeable of MS Office and planning software (Such as MS project or Primavera)
  • Project cost control skills
  • Excellent communication skills
