Job summary
MENA Retail team is looking for a customer centric Retail Program Manager to build and expand the key retail programs to accelerate vendor and customer engagement and drive retail operations efficiency for the GCC region (United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia). As program manager you will own end-to-end the scope, management and delivery of large-scale projects, with strong focus on automation, process improvement and efficiency. You will interact with local and international category and technical teams, gathering requirements, building scalable solutions and managing their implementation.

This role includes a high degree of complexity, detail and responsibility. In this role, you lead the analysis of customer data to unlock insights develop and execute action plans to address customer pain-points and opportunities. Own reporting of key category marketing metrics to the leadership team and broader organization in monthly business reviews.
To be successful in this role you must have superior analytical, communication, problem-solving and project management skills. Operating in a fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environment, working independently and taking full control and responsibility for achieving selection objectives.
The role will be based in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:
. Identify retail growth opportunities and build the programs and required processes to realize them
. Transform customer insights into projects, features and processes that increase and diversify the selection of products offered by Retail
. Drive automation and process improvement opportunities in various Retail areas such as Vendor Management, Catalog Quality, Content, etc.
. Lead scalable initiatives across different business verticals, engaging the different Retail category teams to increase their efficiency and productivity
. Partner closely with international tech and non-tech teams to ensure proper implementation
. Drive category content projects and customer experience (CX) improvements across search, browse and detail pages.
. Drive category discoverability by managing content development, analysis and prioritization.
. Collaborate with top brands to develop strategic marketing plans across the customer funnel.
. Track and analyze customer needs based on customer behavior across search, browse and purchase.
. Create and own the right set of metrics and audit mechanisms to track the performance of such initiatives


. UAE National
. 5-8 years of experience in program/project management.
. Strong analytical background and attention to detail with ability to use data to measure performance and determine improvements
. An in-depth understanding of merchandising and customer behavior metrics, plus regular use of such data to guide decisions and recommendation
. Strong and persuasive verbal and written communication skills (English and Arabic), including with senior-level leaders
. Strong organizational, managerial, and communication skills, with proven ability to handle multiple projects and deliver results.
. Strong analytical capability and a solid understanding of success metrics. Ability to think both strategically and tactically.
. Ability to work with cross-functional teams
. University degree in Business, Economics, Marketing or any other related field of study.


. Masters in Business or economics
. Proficiency in analysis tools including Microsoft Excel, SQL, and statistics software
. Strong written and verbal communication skills
. Experience creating and/or improving operational processes across teams/stakeholders
