Job Description

Assist IT Manager in the day-to-day I.T. operations with trouble-shooting, attending to software queries and maintenance
Ensure that effective and efficient backup procedures are followed
Coordinate with the Human Resources Department in scheduling training courses
Assist the IT Manager in ensuring that the IT environment is secure from internal and external threats, with the use of Virus defense systems in place
Ensure that the virus defense system is current and updates are deployed on all personal computers across the servers and the personal computers in operation
Cooperate, coordinate and share information with Internal/External Audit teams as appropriate and application
Attend Information Security Awareness sessions conducted by the wasl IT Department
All Information Security breaches, events, weaknesses, incidents (actual or suspected breaches) shall be immediately reported to the IT Service Desk
