About the Client:
The hiring company is a Sharjah based business formation company, that is high recognized in their dedication to create a streamline for the process of businesses structure that suits different client needs and cover their presence in the UAE.
Job Role:
Work collaboratively with relevant project managers and project teams to maximize productivity
Organize and monitor schedules and meet deadlines as per schedule
Prepare necessary documents, memos, and forms as required
Providing administrative support such as receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence
Manage meeting logistics, arranging rooms, preparation for meetings, agenda, documents, minutes, actions and follow ups as required
Attend meetings and take minutes
Assist the leadership team with other administrative tasks and ad hoc projects
Act as the point of contact between the executives and external consultants
Open to ANY nationality
38 years old and below
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the UAE as Project Coordinator
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any relevant field of study
Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Competent in using Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Ability to work on tight deadlines
Excellent communication skills
Immediate joiners will be prioritized
