1.Be fully responsible for the project, be the representative of the company to execute the project contract, be the first person responsible for the project;
2.Abide by disciplines and laws, implement relevant mandatory standards of China or the country where the project is located and various management systems of the company, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of the company;
3.Implement the project according to the contract and related regulations and requirements of the company, and achieve the objectives stipulated in the contract;
4.According to the company's specifications and project features, put forward the proposal of PM organization chart, develop the job responsibilities, and constitute the project management workflow;
5.To organize team in preparation of guidance documents, like project execution plan, HSE plan, QAQC plan etc., and submit for approval and implement accordingly;
6.Properly handle the interface and communication among each discipline in project team, such as design, procurement, construction, QHSE, control, etc. Maintain a good working relationship with client, licensor, supplier, designer, PMC and construction company, etc., to make the project proceed smoothly；
7.Hold regular project meetings to check the execution status of project schedule, cost, quality and HSE plans, and solve the issues timely (especially plan approval, engineering change, accident treatment, contract dispute, engineering claim, execution plan, etc.) to meet project requirements;
8.In accordance with requirements of company, a proper asset management is required.
9.Collect project payment and review project payment in accordance with the contract; conduct and organize claim as per contract.
10.Responsible for preparation of completion report and archive the project documents, and close project contract in accordance with the requirements of company and contract.
11.Provide necessary support for other department, support and assist the marketing development in the early phase.
