About the Client:
The hiring company is one of the leading group of companies in the UAE based in Dubai with successful track records in retail, fashion, hospitality, interior design and real estate industries.
Job Role:
Ensure effective and efficient lease management, negotiations and coordination
Coordinate with tenants, maintenance team, purchasing team, suppliers, management, etc. for smooth transaction of the business
Generate tenancy contracts, tax invoices, receipts, Ejari registration/termination, and lease renewal notices to the tenants 90 days in advance as per approved rate from the management
Summarize the utility bills (DEWA, Etisalat, Chiller, etc.) and service charges of the properties in a monthly/quarterly basis
Receive supplier’s invoices, verify/complete the documentation and then submit to the accounts for payment processing
Male, 45 years old and below
Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Real Estate, Leasing, Property and Facility Management with background in General Accounting
Must have an Ejari Training Program Certification
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver on tight deadlines
Must have a valid UAE Driving License
Must be available to join immediately
