Job Description

Maintain records of all planning processes.
Engage with administrators and coordinators in other units to obtain quality records, as required.
Coordinate meeting and awareness session arrangements.
Maintain controlled document templates.
Maintain Quality folders and filing system in shared folder.
Assign access to approved users.
Review and analyze system specifications
Review business / software requirements and provide inputs.
Responsible for development of test strategies and creation of appropriate test harnesses
Execute test cases (manual / automated) and analyze results
Report defects and assist in their understanding.
Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing
Analyze test results and track software testing metrics.
Overseeing the development and execution of test plans, monitoring and reporting on test execution and quality metrics
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
Coordinate the document control function for the Company (QMS-related documents): document preparation, approval, issue, storage, replacement, archiving.
Ensure that quality-related records are identified, generated and stored.
Engage with administrators in other units to ensure that controlled documents are reviewed, updated and removed or replaced, where necessary.
Business requirement / Documentations include but not limited to, Test Script, Test result Report, User Manual and others
Conduct / Contribute to business requirement session with Customer
Conduct / Contribute in QA Sessions with Customer
Any other tasks assigned by the management
