About the Client:
One of the market leaders across the UAE when it comes to kitchen appliances. They are the sole distributor of the most renowned European brands in the UAE.
Job Role:
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms, and brochures)
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Female, 35 years old and below
Open to Filipino and Indian candidates
Bachelor’s Degree in Administration or any relevant certificate
Minimum 2 years of experience in the role
Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and a challenging workload
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to handle calls and customer inquiries
Must have flexible and optimistic
