Job Description

Core Responsibilities
  • Greet incoming guests and ensure they are met by employees
  • Manage telephone calls (transfer or give required info)
  • Manage and track visitor access cards for the whole building
  • Receive incoming post and couriers for the whole building.
  • Log all invoice details of incoming parcels for order management.
  • Send all couriers for SGE using DHL
  • LPO’s for purchases
  • Stationary and Grocery order for office on a weekly basis
  • Add new employees into SGE mail list
  • Partake in research for SGE newsletter
  • Help with HR announcements
  • Help with attendance
  • Cover for president PA when on leave

Typical entry point for university graduates or its equivalent with 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices and procedures within a particular field.
