Our client is currently looking for a Receptionist to be based in Bahrain.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming and greeting customers warmly, and ensuring that they feel comfortable and happy on their visit.
  • Promote the image of organization by ensuring they look good at all times to give customers a positive impression.
  • Build and maintain good relationship with clients and customers by interacting warmly with them.
  • Works as part of a team that maximizes customer satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to their enquiries and problem resolution.
  • Collaborates with their immediate report, ensuring that costs and inventory are controlled, that productivity and performance levels are attained
  • Builds and maintains effective working relationships whilst promoting the company culture and values.

Qualification & Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or similar role
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must be detail-oriented and have ability to multi-task.
  • Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence
  • Salary: 350 BHD
