Responsible for the full cycle of recruitment process to fulfill the business needs by identifying recruitment strategies to attract and identity appropriate and high-quality candidates, adopting a proactive and solution-oriented approach at all times. Collaborating with the hiring manager to evaluate the job requirements, job descriptions and to ensure that the role is existing and approved in the organizational structure. Research, source, cold call and interview candidates by applying state-of-the-art market research and mapping techniques across a diverse range of industry sectors. Effectively utilize professional networks, internal databases, job portals and innovative head-hunting techniques to identify and attract the right candidate, ensuring a calibrated fit in terms of competency, culture and specific client requirements Screen candidates against technical and non-technical competencies and ensure that a sufficiently robust end to end selection process is executed for all potential new hires. Development of position descriptions and negotiating compensation package. Headhunt candidates across the globe by applying quality talent market research, mapping techniques and proactive talent sourcing Effectively utilize professional networks, internal databases, job portals and innovative head-hunting techniques to identify and attract the right candidate, ensuring a calibrated fit in terms of competency, culture and specific client requirements Execute highly effective technical and non-technical phone interviews, video conferences and in person interviews and ensure that a sufficiently robust end to end selection process is executed for all potential new hires. Development of position descriptions, advertise vacancies appropriately by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of social media platforms, but not limited to LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter etc. Manage the recruitment process and lifecycle which includes negotiating pay and salary rates and finalizing arrangements between client and candidates, reference checks and candidate relocation and onboarding. Improve client and candidate experience Provide additional support such as talent mapping to help clients with their planning, talent pipeline, and employer and improve talent acquisition strategies. Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification. Minimum of 05 years’ experience in Recruitment. Demonstrated experience in developing, implementing and communicating complex policies, practices and procedures. Excellent time management skills, and Strong teamwork skills and spirit Good communication skill Ability to maintain composure in difficult situations and to adapt to changing circumstances Good analytical skills and Strong influencing skills Fluent in Arabic and English (Arabic preferred but not essential), Excellent MS office skills
