  • Bachelor's degree minimum
  • Graduate recruitment experience is a benefit
  • 2+ years recruiting experience (preferable in professional services)
  • Strong personal presence and interpersonal skills easily able to interact with partners, professional development managers, recruiting managers, and recruiters
  • Record of outstanding judgement and professionalism
  • Outstanding organizational and administrative skills detail-oriented and resourceful
  • Experience with project and change management is preferred
  • Self-starter with a high energy level and deep commitment to the mission of recruiting distinctive talent to the firm
  • Fluent English and Arabic skills
Who You'll Work With

You will be part of our Middle East office, based in Riyadh and work closely with our local recruitment teams and Maqdira program leaders.
Maqdira is a co-op internship program designed to train and build the skills of Saudi undergraduates and help them gain the key skills needed to prepare them for the workforce. You will report to the Recruiting Manager of Middle East and the Director of Client Capabilities Network in Riyadh.What You'll Do

You will lead recruiting for our flagship co-op programme in Saudi Arabia - Maqdira.
In this role, you will lead day-to day recruiting operations including attraction strategy, assessment days and reporting. You work closely with our Recruiting and functional leadership and wider recruiting teams to provide a best in class recruiting experience for all stakeholders.

You will develop and run regional communications and engagement strategies (e.g., social media promo campaigns, referral campaigns etc.). You will leverage recruiting analytics tools and resources to track key performance metrics and leading indicators, including region-specific analysis as needed
You will collaborate with local recruiting teams and Client Capabilities Network Director to develop comprehensive search strategies. To connect with this highly sought out talent pool, you will need to utilize networking conferences, McKinsey events, job boards, research, and other creative recruiting solutions. Lastly, you will act as a career counsellor and talent advisor, working with candidates and stakeholders to navigate the recruiting journey.
