Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
• Research and identify potential clients through daily phone calls, e-mails, professional networking platforms etc. and generate leads.
• Keep prospective client database updated.
• Work on meeting with corporates and give presentations in order to secure business.
• Maintain strong relationship with existing and new clients and ensure high standards of service.
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives with the help of the Marketing team.
• Attending all Recruitment conferences, meetings, job fairs and other industry events
• Achieving revenue targets and meeting individual and team KPI in a fast moving and competitive recruitment environment.
• A minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience working within the recruitment industry
• Bachelors Degree in Sales, Business or equivalent
• Good working knowledge of the GCC recruitment market
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Target oriented with the expertise to work under pressure.
• Should have a good understanding of the end to end Recruitment process.
• Driving License is an advantage.
