Job Description

About the Client:
The hiring company is an international logistics and freight forwarding company
Job Role:
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in different countries
Determine selection criteria in accordance with the Head of HR
Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, database
Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
Open to any nationality
Male/Female, 40 years old and below
Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
At least 2 years relevant recruitment experience
Well-versed in using various job portals
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
