Our client is a fast-growing Enterprise Software player. They are now looking for Regional Marketing Lead - ME to join them.
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for assessing market trends, quantifying opportunities, and developing marketing programs with a partnership led and customer centric approach in the GCC region (mainly KSA, UAE & Bahrain) to drive innovation acceleration and revenue generation in accordance with client's overall goal, objectives, and strategies.
  • Strategize, execute, and manage marketing initiatives and campaigns for the product lines through industry events, inside sales, roundtables, partners, etc in the GCC region
  • Identify, build, and grow strategic alliances inclusive of developing governance models and business plans in collaboration with target partners to further strengthen and expand the partnership footing
  • Be on the constant look out to build, cultivate and strengthen the relationship with existing and new partners to foster connections and execute exciting partnership solutions
  • Work in close proximity with the sales, product management and other cross-functional teams to create impactful, scalable, repeatable marketing programs and evolve through execution and implementation
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to run integrated marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with relevant internal stakeholders to ensure sync between regional marketing function and organizational goals at an objective and strategic level.
  • Month on month analysis to manage, evaluate and measure the budgets and ROI from marketing led activities for the region in alignment with GTM strategy

Preference:
  • Immediate Joiners as possible
  • Well-versed with various tools like MS office, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Demand base, LinkedIn Campaign manager/Sales Navigator, etc, any other is a plus.
  • Arabic- or Hindi-speaking
  • Open to travelling

Qualifications:
  • Job Experience - 8+ years in a similar role
  • Industry Experience - 1+ years of experience in the IT and Enterprise Software's industry, selling multi country payroll solutions
  • Strong Communication and presentation skills - written and verbal
  • Networking & Building relationships - internal and external stakeholders

Benefits:
  • Salary - AED 25,000
