This is a high-visibility, high-impact role where you will partner closely with marketing and sales teams to drive awareness, demand and pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
  • Quickly achieve high level knowledge of the Power Generation industry and operations performance management (OPM) productand have asimilar level of knowledge on asset performance management (APM) and Digital Worker product lines, as well as the ability to market these lines as an integrated portfolio.
  • Deep understanding of positioning statements, buyer personas and business needs.
  • Increase lead generation and qualification through a strategic and prescriptive demand/revenue generation strategy by segment and persona. This includes inbound lead acquisition and outbound account-based marketing strategy. Additionally, this includes engagement campaigns (lead nurturing), prospect intelligence, lead scoring, digital content strategy (gated content offers) and more.
  • Work closely with Marketing Ops & Sales Ops to provide reporting and actively monitor and analyze the health of marketing contribution to the sales pipeline & conversion, program ROI and customer acquisition and penetration
  • Collaborate with sales and product management teams to develop innovative, multi-channel and data-driven demand generation campaigns to drive enterprise MQLs and accelerate sales pipeline, while closely monitoring conversion rates and optimizing campaigns at each stage.
  • Work with central Marketing Operations team for execution of campaigns, using leading indicators to test and/or optimize for maximum impact with lagging indicators to validate quality of campaigns.
  • Partner with sales teams to ensure quality lead delivery and proper follow-up according to established SLAs. Builds a consistent feedback loop and continuously improves and optimizes lead hand-off processes in conjunction with the Marketing Operations team.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
  • 8+ years of B2B demand generation experience in the development of campaigns and execution of email/nurture marketing, advertising, content syndication,eventsand paid media, to name a few

Desired Characteristics
  • Experience working with sales to identify ideal customer profiles (ICP) and target accounts, and then get leads to convert to qualified leads
  • Understanding of how marketing automation can accelerate the sales cycle for new logos and create cross- and up-sell opportunities for existing customers
  • Strong reporting capabilities with the ability to track campaign performance and associated spend down to the most granular details while providing roll-up reporting to senior management
  • An innate desire to learn and stay on top of the latest trends
  • Comfort with highlighting programs that aren't working and recommend measures to optimize
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills - ability to craft presentations that tell a story and gain trust/support
  • Highly collaborative
  • Master's degree in business or related area
  • Experience with demand generation for SaaS
  • Experience in the Power Generation or Oil & Gas industries

Working Conditions
This position is 100 percent work from home, with travel (when safe to do so) of no more than 20 percent.
