Regional Sales Manager MENA
NADIA client, a global leader in aftermarket automotive spare parts having their HO in Japan is looking for Regional Sales Manager to be based in their regional office in Dubai and handle MENA market.
Role Purpose:
Carry out and ensure sales activities in the assigned MENA region for automotive aftermarket products in order to reach agreed sales and profit objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
Analyze sales plans and objectives set by HQ, derive plans for assigned sales region and agree on annual sales objectives. Ensure the implementation of the agreed sales objectives.
Define sales strategy and tactics for each product category based on the agreed sales objectives incl. the market entry plans into new regions, the launch of new products and the definition of marketing campaigns.
Ensure the collection and analysis of Business Intelligence for the assigned region.
Agree on pricing for all the product categories, advising on regional competition and market demand. Ensure compliance with the agreed pricing.
Negotiate and agree annual contracts with the important customers in the assigned region incl. the definition of refunds, terms of payments and credit limits. Ensure the implementation of the contracts.
Ensure the negotiation and agreement of contracts with wholesalers, distributors, and other customers in the assigned region incl. the definition of refunds, terms of payments and credit limits. Ensure the implementation of the contracts and the sales of AM products.
Ensure Trade Marketing activities incl. special campaigns and sellouts as well as the organization of fairs with appropriate customers. Ensure the preparation and distribution of marketing material.
Ensure the technical support of customers. Discuss and decide on warranty issues and other claims.
Ensure reporting on sales activities incl. customer visits. Analyze and ensure the analysis of the sales data and reports. Define measures in case of deviation between targets and actual performance.
Lead, motivate and develop the subordinated functions. Meet the assigned budget. Comply with the company rules. Take over special tasks.
Ensure the development of KRA and KPI of other functions as well - Operations, Shipping, and IT department precisely.
