We have an opportunity for an Regional Solution Consultant within our Honeywell Process Solutions (HPS) Team in KSA.

Regional Solution Consultant Responsibilities
Honeywell is seeking a Regional Solution Consultant for the Saudi Arabia region. The focus areas would be the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Bahrain.
-Key responsibilities:
-. Understand customer needs, problems & vision, be able to articulate how the need is being addressed by the solution that Honeywell can offer have the ability to build the solution using the suite of Honeywell software.
-. Lead customer facing demonstrations, proof of concepts and RFI/RFQ/RFP solution design and responses.
-. Customize content, presentations on solutions to individual customer context and deliver them to customers in a succinct fashion.
-. Serve as the primary solutions consultant for Sales, proposals, and operations teams for the Honeywell Connected Industrial portfolio in the region.
-. Support development of industry vertical specific use cases to create new offerings
-. Run the executive approval calls for certain key opportunities.
-. Selectively engage in Consulting Studies, FEED studies to drive program roadmap, differentiate Honeywell's offering & increase Honeywell connected industrial content
-. Own and drive deal winning strategy, proposal structure and solutions for identified strategic deals - work closely with proposals, sales, engineering, product and operations teams to engage right stakeholders internally and externally and drive winnability.
-. Develop competencies in new & adjacent disciplines to enable multi-product solution selling.
-. Improve engagement with global project teams to learn from project executions and use this learning in future customer engagements
-. Support the Product Management & Marketing organization to collate, distill and align to business drivers from Regional voice of customer. Ensure the New product initiatives are aligned to regional business requirements.
-. Focus on key accounts & pipeline growth with larger deals, Ensure alignment with key account plans & targets, Drive business plans and pipeline plans for the region.
-. Regularly review & update proposals, estimations, in conjunction with P&E & operations leaders to align with new features & NPI
The Regional Solution Consultant should possess Consultative Selling background and prior experience in process industry. Deep understanding of functional and technical areas for process industry including Digital Transformation, Industry 4.0, IIoT knowledge and program experience, is essential. Knowledge of business models - SaaS, recurring software business model, Cloud deployment models will be required.
Qualifications & ExperienceBS Degree in Chemical or equivalent, 10+ years experience in either Engineering Services or Industry experience related Enterprise Optimization / Digital programs (based on Digital Transformation, Industry 4.0, IIoT for past few years)
Minimum 5 years program management/pre-sales consulting experience required
Ability to travel up to 50% in a region as required
The primary role of the Regional Solution Consultant is to develop key accounts and drive Honeywell's offering & increase penetration in the region.
