Lead a team that makes a difference to our business
This role will manage OFS Digital Remote Operations services responsible for delivering services in accordance with established Baker Hughes customers remote operations contract. A Remote Operations Service Center Manager oversees the support organization's daily business activities. They are responsible for managing its resources, developing, and implementing an operational plan and ensuring that procedures are carried out properly. Additionally, the Remote Operations Service Center Manager supports, promotes, and grows OFS Remote Operations Digital and OFS Product Lines services and products. The Remote Operations Service Center Manager regularly evaluates organizational efficiency and makes necessary changes to maximize staff productivity.
You will be responsible for:
Prioritizing objectives, set personal goals, and complete tasks within deadlines while maintaining focus between tasks
Ensuring employees adhere to all established operational processes
Ensuring all operational processes and procedures are documented
Ensuring service level targets and key customers KPIs are tracked and met. Work with Service Quality team to benchmark service level targets and drive continuous improvement
Overseeing budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing
Leading cross-functional process improvement project initiatives negotiate and work with external vendors on process improvement initiatives as required
Supporting worker communication with the management team
Identifying and address problems and opportunities for the company
Managing third party vendors supporting the customer's contract
Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:
Have a bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Geosciences, or IT with a minimum of 8-10 years experience in upstream oilfield industry
Have 5+ years of experience in management, operations, and leadership
Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet and cash-flow management
Have the ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees
