Summary
Grand Hyatt Kuwait is looking for a passionate, dynamic, and hardworking professional who enjoys leading, motivating and driving the reservation function within our property.
The hotel will feature 302 luxury rooms and suites, four world-class F&B venues, and the largest event facilities in the city.
You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
The Reservations Manager is responsible to manage the Reservations Department and work closely with Marketing and Sales and other relevant Rooms Departments to maximise Room Yield through Inventory Control while delivering exceptional customer service in line with the Hyatt's Brand Standards.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who have experience in a similar role in a 5* luxury hotel, and display strong traits in the following areas:
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in similar luxury operations
  • Minimum 2 years work experience as Reservation Manager, Front Office Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager in larger operation.
  • Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
  • A sound pre-opening experience in large hotel operations would be advantageous
  • Arabic speaking is a must
