Job Role:
Establishes restaurant business plan by surveying restaurant demand; conferring with people in the community; identifying and evaluating competitors; preparing financial, marketing, and sales projections, analyses, and estimates
Accomplishes company goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
Hire and train staff
Communicate with customers to receive feedback and manage complaint
Keep a record of income and expenses
Ensure that health and safety protocols are adhered to
45 years old and below
Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
At least 5 years of similar work experience in hospitality industry
Must have experience in a senior (operations manager level)
Extensive experience in a high end and fine dining restaurant or 5-star hotel
Must be a senior (operations manager level)
Excellent customer service skills
