ABOUT THE FUNCTION
This function is to ensure efficient management of Receiving sections and Inventory Control of F&B Storerooms to ensure the highest standards of service in accordance with the operating procedures and Standards. Ensure that each guest becomes a happy fan of our brand, by delighting them from welcome until farewell.
Job Requirements:
. Extensive food and beverage knowledge
. Knowledge of a third language preferable . Must have the ability to bend, squat, and lift up to 60 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis.
. Must be able to push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 250 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis.
. Interpersonal with focused attention to guest needs to deal effectively with all business contacts
. Customer service orientation
. High School Diploma or higher qualification is an advantage
. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software: Word and Excel
. Knowledge of ERP / Opera system and Inventory
. Listening and Oral Skills
