Role in Procurement, Rove Hotel Cluster
Job Description
ABOUT THE FUNCTION
This function is responsible for the FF&E and OS&E procurement activities for the business from planning stage to implementing of the operations. Interact internally with Finance, Hospitality and Development Team as well as externally with the Suppliers. Implement and incorporate areas for improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in work environment of current and new developments.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
- Genuine service personality.
- Speak, show and live based on the Roveprint.
- Minimum of a high school diploma / Graduate degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Hospitality Procurement in a medium to large organization.
- Experience in e-Procurement or equivalent procurement systems.
- In-depth knowledge of preparing and reviewing contracts, invoicing, and negotiation terms.

- Ensuring all operational tasks in Procurement are conducted in line with the service standards and procedures.
- Analyzing operations and assigning resources accordingly.
- Compliance with both internal and external Audit requirements.
- Pro-active communication with fellow Ambassadors, Vendors, and Suppliers always with Company's interests in mind.
- Time management skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Become immersed into the Roving way of living and deliver desired Rove Experiences.
