Qualifications
The Role
Grand Hyatt Doha Hotel & Villas is looking for an experienced Rooms Reservations Manager with excellent communication, leadership, management and organisational skills. An outgoing person with an ability to work well with others and to remain calm in stressful situations. An ideal candidate enjoys interacting with guests and colleagues and goes an extra mile to create memorable moments for our guests.
Qualifications
  • Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management
  • Minimum 1-2 years work experience on a similar role
  • Great attention to details and ability to multi-task
  • Good problem solving and time management skills
  • High level of interpersonal skills and able to build lasting relationships with guests
  • Schedule flexibility and ability to foster teamwork is necessary
  • GCC experience would be an added advantage
  • Preferably an Arabic Speaker
