Job Description

- To provide support to the sales team and enhance customer experience
- Act as an extension of the sales team when sales in charge are out of the office for vacation, business trip, etc.
-Coordinate with logistic and production team to ensure compliance with customer instructions
- Monitor monthly sales and deliveries in order to ensure customers satisfaction
-Initiate payment collection follows up
-Records all incoming inquiries, Prepare PI for confirmed ones, and maintain sales records

- Maintain sales documents and keep proper filing and records, collect and provide historical information needed by sales in charge to prepare reports and monitor performance
-Follow registration and qualification process with multinational companies
