About the Client:
The hiring company is a leading manufacturer, trader, and distributer of petrochemical, petroleum, and polymers headquartered in the UAE. These products are used in a variety of products including but not limited to pharmaceuticals, paints and coatings, adhesives, industrial and automotive lubricants amongst others
Job Role:
Constantly develop existing sales processes to generate sustainable growth & Identify customer’s needs, book appointments and explain company’s products & services. Directly communicated with customers via telephone following a field visit
Responsible for selling a variety of Industrial chemicals to different industries such as Paint Manufacturing, Printing and Packaging & Cosmetics
Reporting to Management and submit activity/result reports such as daily call reports, weekly task reports, monthly territory analysis and customer wise sales report
Monitor competition in the market by gathering crucial information on competitor pricing, substitute alternatives available, delivery schedules and payment alternatives
Provide services to current customers, obtain orders and establish new accounts by planning and organize daily work schedule to call
Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; develop solutions; prepare reports, and making recommendations to management.
Develop and grow the commercial relationships of assigned leading industrial customers while prospecting for new accounts to increase market penetration
Manage sales pipeline to drive new business opportunities to commercial success

Male, 50 years old and below
Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Degree in Chemical Engineering
Minimum of 5 years of experience preferably from these industries: Cosmetic Industry (Light Liquid Paraffin, Ethanol, White Oil), Flexible Packaging Industry(Solvents & Other Chemicals), Ink Manufacturing Companies(Solvents & Other Chemicals), Paint & Coating Industry(Butyl Acetate, Ethyl Acetate, Xylene, Glycol etc & other solvents)
Resourceful and career oriented professional with experience of more than 8 year in Sales and Marketing function, both B2B and B2C
Comprehensive strengths in Market Analysis, People Management and Sales Strategy Development Functional knowledge of developing new and potential accounts, managing sales and increasing sales growth
Highly skilled in creating and implementing targeted sales goals
Demonstrated ability to build new territories and expand opportunities within an existing client database
Customer focused communicator with proven ability to understand and convey the complex product information and deliver high impact sales presentations
Candidate must be located in Brazil
Must be flexible in working remotely
