For our Market Organization in Sharjah I U.A.E. we are looking for a

Sales & Business Development Engineer (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

  • Develop marketing plan & generate leads from marketing campaigns.
  • Develop able sales funnel for achieving the revenue, EBIT targets.
  • Take ownership of achieving business goals, KPI on all levels.
  • Contact potential clients through direct visits, cold calls and emails
  • Present VAHLE company, product range & solutions to potential clients and negotiate contract terms
  • Identify, seek & develop new business with existing, new customers
  • Preparing & submission of tenders, proposals and quotations for system & project business,
  • Providing pre-sales and post-sales support to all customers, provide suppoert for installation-service activities
  • Offer customize products or solutions to add value proposition
  • Conduct competitive product analysis and market research to develop roadmap and sales strategy to secure new business
  • Work with internal teams to achieve targeted business goals
  • Submit report to General Manager on (weekly/monthly) on sales results
  • Stay up to date with new products, services & new pricing
  • Assist the General Manager in yearly, revised forecast sessions
  • Operate in line with the company's policy
Your Qualification and Skills
  • Diploma or bachelors degree in Electrical or Mechnical Engineering
  • 5+ years working experience in UAE and in similar job position as required
  • Product and application knowledge in the mobile electrification field
  • Result oriented having track record of achieving business goals & targets
  • Techno commercial knowledge of handling system & project business
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask efficiently in a team or/and individually
  • Good presentation skills
  • Self- and goal-driven, persuasive and persistent
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient with MS Office & other IT skills
  • Experience in working with CRM & ERP would be added advantage.

The market organization is well structured with qualified manpower backed up by a warehouse facility. The countries served are primarily UAE, K.S.A., OMAN, QATAR, KUWAIT, BAHRAIN with UAE & KSA being the focus areas. The main markets served so far are Crane technology & Port technology but future approach shall be to capture able market share in other applications locally in middle east such as Amusement parks, People mover, Automotive, Intralogistics & Warehouse, automation of different processes etc by targeting OEM, End users & EPC Contractors.
