About the Client:
Leading Stockist and Trader of Structural Steel in UAE. Supplies to the Middle East, North African (MENA) region including Pakistan and India markets
Job Description:
 Support sales team with all related administrative work including contacting customers to arrange appointments, answer inquiries through calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable
 Handling orders by phone, email, or mail and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers, and all other admin tasks related
 Responsible for business correspondence, letter writing, drafting quotations
 Deliver additional tasks required by the department and Manager incusing but not limited to maintaining filing systems, sales records, sales reports, and provide financial information to the finance department and handling the daily schedule of the Manager preparing mins of the meeting
 Open to Filipino nationality
 Female, 23 to 34 years and below
 Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in any relevant field
 At least 2 years of experience in sales coordination and admin
 Must be willing to work in Jebel Ali
